We're the Chavez brothers, a family rental operation based fifteen minutes down the 14 in Palmdale, and Lancaster is half our route sheet. Every order books online against a live calendar; most Lancaster dates are open on a same-week basis outside peak summer weekends.
For a sit-down gathering, figure one 60-inch round table ($11) per eight guests and one chair each — plastic at $1.50 or resin at $4. A fifty-guest party lands right around $152 with plastic seating, which crosses the $150 line where Lancaster delivery becomes free. It's almost like we planned it.
Hosting buffet-style? Swap in 6ft rectangular tables at $9 for the serving line and gift table. Two rectangles handle a full spread of asada, sides, and desserts with room for the hielera underneath.
