Corporate Event Rentals in the Antelope Valley & Santa Clarita

Somebody at your company just got handed the employee appreciation day, and the parking lot is the venue. Good news: that's a normal Tuesday for us. We furnish company events across the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita — tents ballasted on asphalt, tables and chairs by the hundred, heaters for the winter shift party — with our crew handling every bolt of the setup and teardown.

We're a small family operation, which for a corporate buyer means the useful things: one phone number that answers, an itemized quote you can drop straight into an approval email, and pricing that doesn't change because a company is paying. Book online or call (661) 965-2722 and we'll spec the whole event in one conversation.

Tents that work on pavement

Office and warehouse lots mean asphalt, and asphalt means no stakes. Every hard-surface install we do uses weighted ballast, with frames rated for the wind that rakes both valleys' industrial corridors. The 20x20 ($250 per day) shades about forty seated; the 20x30 ($350) seats sixty or covers ninety standing.

Both prices include installation and takedown by our crew — no facilities team improvising with a rented kit, and no open question about who anchored what.

Sample budgets for common company events

Those numbers use the $1.50 plastic chair; the $4 white resin chair upgrades the look for client-facing events. Every build above lands well past the $150 free-delivery line.

  • Employee appreciation lunch, 60 seated — 20x30 tent, eight round tables, sixty chairs: about $528
  • Team barbecue, 40 guests — 20x20 tent, five rounds, forty chairs: roughly $365
  • All-hands on the lot, 100 mostly standing — 20x30 tent, six rectangles for food, fifty chairs: near $479
  • Winter shift party — add patio heaters at $50 each; three keep a 20x30 comfortable after dark

Paperwork the way accounting wants it

Every quote comes itemized to the line — quantities, unit prices, delivery — ready to forward for sign-off. Pay in full by card online, or hold the date with a 25% card deposit and settle the balance in cash on delivery day; the deposit applies directly to the invoice total. Receipts land immediately, and count changes stay free until 48 hours out, because headcounts at company events are fiction until the RSVP deadline.

Scheduled around your shifts, not around us

Warehouse events happen between shifts, and office events can't eat Monday's parking. We deliver on weekdays as readily as weekends, set up in a window before your event starts, and clear the lot on the schedule you name. Your team never lifts a table — that's specifically what the line item buys.

For recurring dates — a quarterly cookout, an annual appreciation day — tell us once and we'll flag your calendar early, before party-season weekends absorb the inventory.

Where we set up

The industrial stretches of Palmdale and Lancaster, the business parks out toward Fox Field, aerospace-adjacent yards along the Sierra Highway corridor, and the Valencia Industrial Center on the SCV side — plus office courtyards, school staff events, and church campuses in between. If the address sits in either valley, it's inside our standard zone at standard pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Can you set up a tent in our parking lot without damaging it?

Yes — hard-surface installs use weighted ballast: no drilling, no stakes, and nothing left behind but a day of shade lines.

Do you provide an itemized invoice for our accounting team?

Every order generates one automatically — line items, unit prices, and delivery — plus a receipt the moment payment lands.

Can you deliver and tear down outside business hours?

We schedule around your operation: early windows before a shift starts, teardown after close. Name the window when you book and we'll confirm it.

How far ahead should we book a company event?

One to two weeks covers most dates. Early December fills fastest — holiday parties stack up — so lock those in around Thanksgiving.

Is there a minimum order for corporate deliveries?

No minimum. Orders over $150 deliver free anywhere in our AV and SCV zone; below that it's a flat $30. Most corporate orders clear the line with the first tent.
