Santa Clarita does outdoor entertaining better than almost anywhere in LA County — big Saugus backyards, Valencia paseos, canyon views in Sand Canyon — but from June to October the afternoon sun still runs the show. Our crew crosses the hill from the Antelope Valley several times a week to install party tents across the SCV, and we treat those runs exactly like hometown jobs.

Recent installs have landed in Valencia cul-de-sacs near Bridgeport Park, hillside yards above Central Park in Saugus, family properties out Sand Canyon Road, and gatherings around Old Town Newhall. Canyon Country and Castaic are regular stops too — if a truck fits down your street, your address is in play.
Graduation season is the SCV's tent rush: with Saugus, West Ranch, Valencia, Hart, and Canyon high schools all letting out within a couple of weeks, June install slots disappear fast. Book those dates as soon as the ceremony schedule posts.
The 20x20 handles about 40 guests seated at round tables — right for most backyard receptions and milestone birthdays. The 20x30 seats around 60 and leaves space for a buffet or dance area, which is why it's the pick for wedding receptions and big family reunions at ranch properties toward Agua Dulce.
SCV evenings cool off quicker than people expect — canyon air drains downhill after sunset, and a patio that was 85 at four o'clock can need jackets by nine. Our patio heaters run $50 per day and slide onto the same truck as your tent. Two or three keep a tented reception comfortable well past midnight.
Fair question. The honest answer: our Palmdale warehouse keeps our overhead — and therefore your price — below what most Valencia-based event companies quote, and we don't treat Santa Clarita as a surcharge zone. Delivery is free on any order over $150 (every tent qualifies), the inventory is the same gear we send to our own neighborhood, and setup is always included.
Round out the order with 60-inch round tables at $11, rectangular banquet tables at $9, resin chairs at $4, and tablecloths at $8, and your whole reception arrives in one scheduled window.
