The high desert gives you brutal sun until five o'clock and a cold snap the minute it sets — and, in between, wind that will send an unanchored canopy into your neighbor's pool. Renting a tent in the Antelope Valley is really renting the crew that knows how to anchor one. That's us: a two-brother, Palmdale-based outfit that installs tents across the AV and Santa Clarita Valley every weekend.
We stock two frame sizes — 20x20 and 20x30 — and both prices include professional installation and takedown. Reserve online in a couple of minutes, and if plans move, our weather policy lets you reschedule unsafe-conditions dates at no charge.
The 20x20 tent ($250 per day) covers 400 square feet — comfortable for about 40 seated guests at round tables, or 60 people standing and mingling. It's the right call for most backyard quinceañera receptions, baptism lunches, and milestone birthdays in Palmdale and Lancaster.
The 20x30 tent ($350 per day) stretches to 600 square feet, seating roughly 60 at rounds or 90 standing, with room left over for a buffet line or a small dance floor. If your list keeps growing every time your tías get involved, take the bigger one — nobody has ever complained about extra shade.
Anyone who has lived through an afternoon on the west side of Lancaster knows the wind shows up on schedule. Every installation we do is staked or weighted for gusts, with frames rated for outdoor commercial use — not the pop-up canopies that fold in half at the first dust devil off Avenue J.
On concrete or pavers where staking isn't possible, we bring weighted ballast instead. Tell us your surface when you book and the crew arrives with the right hardware the first time.
A bare frame tent looks rented. White ceiling draping makes it look designed. We install elegant fabric draping under either size — $250 on the 20x20 and $300 on the 20x30 — and it's the single upgrade quinceañera and wedding customers tell us was worth every dollar when the photos come back.
Everything ships on one truck, and combined orders sail past the $150 free-delivery mark. Heaters matter more than first-timers expect: an October evening in Quartz Hill can start at 85 and finish at 52.
Honestly, most tent customers shouldn't be assembling this list line by line — the tent-tables-chairs-draping combo is what we deliver best, and we bundle it at 5% under à la carte. The Quinceañera Package puts a 20x30 with twelve rounds and a hundred resin chairs at $837.90 per day, and the wedding-scale version runs $1,613.10. See our complete tent package rentals page (linked below) for the full sizing ladder from thirty guests up.
Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock, Acton, Rosamond, and Lake Los Angeles on the valley floor; Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, and Castaic over the hill. Backyards are the bread and butter, but we also set up at ranch properties near Agua Dulce and commercial lots along Sierra Highway.
Always. Tent installation and takedown are done by our crew — we never drop a tent kit in your driveway and wish you luck.
Around 40 seated at round tables or 60 standing. Add a buffet or dance floor and you should step up to the 20x30.
Yes — hard surfaces get weighted ballast instead of stakes. Just flag it when you book so the truck is loaded correctly.
If conditions are genuinely unsafe we'll reschedule your rental at no charge rather than install something that could fail. Chairs and tables can still deliver as planned.
Pricing is per day, and an evening event counts as one day. We typically install in the morning window and pick up the next day.
