A quinceañera is the one party a family plans for years and remembers forever — and in the Antelope Valley, most of them happen at home, in a backyard transformed for one night. That transformation is our specialty. We're a bilingual, family-owned rental company in Palmdale run by two brothers, and quinceañeras are the heartbeat of our weekend schedule from spring through fall.
Everything the reception needs comes off one truck: a draped tent, round tables for the family, chairs for every guest, warm light-up numbers spelling 15, and heaters for when the vals ends and the cumbia starts after dark. Reserve the whole setup online in about two minutes, or plan it over the phone in Spanish or English — whichever feels natural.
Our most-booked bundle is the complete tent setup, sized for the XV: a 20x30 tent over a dozen round tables, with one hundred white resin folding chairs — the formal, photo-ready seat, not the budget plastic — priced at $837.90 per day, about 5% under the same items à la carte. Ceiling draping adds $300 to turn that tent into the ballroom.
It covers a classic hundred-guest reception as-is, and it flexes: add rectangular tables for the taquero and the cake, or trim seats if the misa crowd is smaller than the party crowd. Tell us your headcount and we'll shape it with you — or compare every size on our complete tent packages page, linked below.
Our 4ft LED marquee numbers turn the number fifteen into the backdrop of the night. A "1" and a "5" together rent for $40 a day — almost nothing against the dress budget — and they anchor the photo corner from the first entrada to the last selfie. Spell her name in marquee letters at $20 per character for the full stylist effect; we stock every letter A to Z in depth, right here in Palmdale.
Ask any quinceañera photographer in the AV what makes backyard receptions look expensive and they'll say the ceiling. White fabric draping under the tent canopy — $250 for the 20x20, $300 for the 20x30 — softens every picture, hides the frame, and catches the marquee glow after sunset. Of everything we rent, it's the upgrade families thank us for most.
Because we've been the family at that party. We know the padrinos are splitting costs — so we send clear, itemized pricing they can screenshot to the group chat. We know plans shift — so cancellation is free up to 48 hours out and the deposit returns within a business day of pickup. And we answer in the language you call in. Hablamos español todos los días, no solo cuando conviene.
Two to four weeks is comfortable; popular spring and summer Saturdays deserve a month. The package reserves everything in one booking, which is the easiest way to lock a date.
Yes — most families simply add tables and chairs on top of the base package, and past a hundred and twenty we'll usually suggest a second tent. We'll price the exact configuration before you commit.
All over: Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock, Rosamond, Lake Los Angeles, and across to Santa Clarita. If the reception is in the AV or SCV, we've probably already set up on your street.
Claro que sí. Llámanos o mándanos mensaje al (661) 965-2722 y coordinamos todo — fecha, paquete, entrega — completamente en español.
Tent installation, draping, and takedown are always our crew's job. Table and chair placement can be added as a setup service when you book.
