What leaves our Palmdale warehouse most Saturday mornings is almost never a tent by itself. It's the whole setup: the tent, the tables under it, a chair for every guest, and the ceiling draping that makes the frame disappear in photos. We rent that combination as one thing — the complete tent package — and it's the job this family business was built on.
One booking, one truck, one crew: we deliver, install, and anchor the tent, stage the tables and chairs, hang the draping, and come back afterward to make it all vanish. Reserve online in about two minutes, or call (661) 965-2722 and we'll size it together in English or Spanish.
The formula never changes — only the scale. Start with a white frame tent: 20x20 at $250 per day or 20x30 at $350, installation and takedown always included. Under it go 60-inch round tables seating eight apiece or 6ft rectangular tables for serving lines; seating is white resin folding chairs for the formal look or white plastic for the budget-smart one. Three ready-made bundles cover most events, each priced 5% under the same items à la carte:
A thirty-person birthday in Quartz Hill and a hundred-fifty-guest wedding in Leona Valley get identical treatment from us; the only variables are square footage and seat count. The crew that anchors your tent is the same crew that stages your tables and hangs your fabric, on the same morning, off the same truck — so nothing arrives out of sequence and nobody's chairs show up after the guests do.
It also means a party can grow without re-planning: the small package at this spring's baptism becomes, a few years on, the quinceañera setup you already know — just one size up.
Stuck between sizes? Take the bigger tent. Guest lists in this valley only move one direction once the primos hear about the party.
Draping is what separates a rented frame from a designed room — fabric run under the canopy so the structure disappears and the light goes soft. It's $250 over the 20x20 and $300 over the 20x30, hung by our installers. Classic white is the favorite, but the color is your call: we confirm it during your booking callback, and families often match the quinceañera's dress, the wedding palette, or school colors at a graduation.
Any package clears our $150 free-delivery threshold many times over, so delivery anywhere in the Antelope Valley or Santa Clarita Valley zone costs nothing. Installation happens in a morning window and pickup comes the next day — nobody folds furniture at midnight. Cancellation stays free until 48 hours out, and the refundable deposit returns within a business day of pickup.
Yes — our own crew installs, anchors, and takes down every tent we rent, package or not. Want the seating arranged in place too? Ask for the placement add-on when booking.
About an hour for the 20x20, closer to three for the wedding package's twin 20x30s — always in a window before your event starts, not during it.
A reasonably level area a few feet larger than the tent — roughly 22x22 clear for the 20x20 — plus gate or side-yard access. Not sure it fits? Send a quick photo and an approximate measurement and we'll tell you before you pay.
Every install is staked into soil or ballasted on hard surfaces, rated for Antelope Valley gusts. Private backyards need no permit; for a city park, you reserve the space and we work inside your permit window.
Freely. Add rectangular tables for the taquero, swap chair styles, put draping on top, or grow the count — we price the exact configuration before you commit, and changes stay free until 48 hours before delivery.
