No city on our route sheet hosts more quinceañeras than the one we live in. From spring through fall, our Saturday mornings in Palmdale start with a 20x30 frame going up in a family's backyard while everyone else is getting ready for the misa — and by the time the corte rehearses its entrance one last time, that yard has turned into a ballroom.
Being based in town changes what we can promise. Site questions get answered the same day, delivery windows hold, and if anything needs adjusting on the morning of the XV, we're minutes away instead of a valley away. Reserve the whole setup online in about two minutes, or plan it by phone in Spanish or English at (661) 965-2722.
One line item covers a hundred-guest reception: the 20x30 tent installed and anchored, twelve 60-inch round tables, and one hundred white resin folding chairs — the formal seat, not the plastic one — for $837.90 per day, priced 5% under the same list à la carte.
The finishing move is ceiling draping at $350 for the 20x30: fabric run under the canopy so the structure vanishes and every photo from the vals onward looks like a rented salón. Families tell us afterward it was the money they were happiest to spend.
Most Palmdale quinceañeras happen at home, and most Palmdale lots handle it — Anaverde and Rancho Vista yards fit the 20x30 with margin, and plenty of Eastside properties do too. Send a photo with a rough measurement if you're unsure; we'll confirm the fit before you pay anything.
Install happens in a morning window, usually while the family is at church, and every frame is staked or ballasted for the wind that rolls through this valley on its own schedule. When the last guests leave, so does the worry: we come back for everything.
Park quinceañeras are a Palmdale tradition, and Marie Kerr and Domenic Massari are the two we work most. Reserve your area through the city's recreation office, hand us the permit hours, and we'll deliver, set up, and clear out inside them — tables and chairs always, and tents where your reserved spot allows staking or ballast.
Our 4ft LED marquee numbers make the 15 the backdrop of the night — two digits at $20 each, so the pair runs $40 for the whole day. Add her name in marquee letters at $20 a character and the photo corner is complete. Against white draping after sunset, the warm glow does work no florist can match at that price.
Every configuration above sails past $150, so delivery anywhere in Palmdale is free — and it all arrives on one truck.
Three to four weeks for spring and summer Saturdays — those fill first every year. The package holds the tent, tables, and all hundred chairs in one reservation, which is the surest way to lock the date.
Pay in full by card, or reserve with a 25% card deposit and pay the balance in cash on delivery day. The deposit is the first payment on your order — it counts toward the total, not on top of it.
That's our normal Saturday rhythm — the crew works the morning window so the tent, draping, and tables are finished before the family gets back from church.
The package grows: extra rounds at $11 and resin chairs at $4 stack right on top, and past about a hundred and twenty we'll suggest a second tent so nobody eats in the sun. We price the exact build before you commit.
