The Antelope Valley is quietly full of beautiful places to get married — poppy-field horizons west of Lancaster, Joshua trees at golden hour, ranch properties in Agua Dulce and Leona Valley, and plain old family backyards that mean more than any banquet hall. What those venues don't come with is furniture. That's where we come in.
We're a two-brother family company out of Palmdale supplying weddings across the AV and Santa Clarita Valley: ceremony seating, draped reception tents, dinner tables, linens, and the glowing details that fill a photographer's shot list. One booking, one delivery, one crew that shows up when it says it will.
The complete tent setup is our signature move, and this is its biggest size: two 20x30 tents, eighteen 60-inch round tables, one hundred fifty white resin folding chairs, and four patio heaters for when the desert takes the temperature back. Booked as a package it runs $1,613.10 per day — 5% under the same list priced piece by piece — and ceiling draping adds $300 per tent to finish the look. Our complete tent package page (linked below) walks the whole ladder from thirty guests up.
Smaller wedding? Build à la carte: the 20x20 tent at $250, tables at $11, resin chairs at $4. Elopement-sized celebrations sometimes need nothing but twenty chairs and two rectangles for the cake and the champagne — we rent that happily too.
White resin folding chairs are the wedding-industry standard for outdoor ceremonies for a reason: crisp against grass and desert alike, sturdy on slightly uneven ground, and comfortable enough that nobody fidgets through the vows. Rows of them at $4 a chair cost a fraction of what full-service wedding vendors quote — check any LA-area price list and enjoy the comparison.
We've furnished receptions in Quartz Hill horse properties, Lancaster west-side backyards, gardens near Old Town Newhall, and ranch weddings toward Acton and Agua Dulce where the aisle was a stretch of decomposed granite and the view did the decorating. Wherever your date says yes, our truck can probably reach.
Delivery is free over $150 across the whole AV and SCV zone — a threshold every wedding order clears many times over — and tent installation and takedown are included, never an asterisk.
Wedding checklists are long; this line should be short. The full order books online in a couple of minutes against live availability, changes are free up to 48 hours before delivery, and a bilingual human answers at (661) 965-2722 when you'd rather talk it through. We handle the folding metal so you can go back to the seating chart.
One hundred fifty seated across eighteen round tables under two 20x30 tents, heaters included. For two hundred plus, we'll quote additional tables and seating alongside it.
Of course. Rows of resin chairs are a common stand-alone order for ceremonies at parks and private land; over $150 they deliver free.
Yes — Leona Valley, Agua Dulce, Acton, and similar spots are regular runs. Send the pin and we'll confirm truck access before you book.
Tent installs happen the morning of (or day before, when scheduling allows), and takedown is typically the next day — so nobody's breaking down chairs at midnight in formal wear.
Payment plus a refundable damage deposit is collected at booking; the deposit returns within one business day of pickup assuming normal wear.
